At Alternative Brewing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Whether you have received a faulty product or simply changed your mind, our team is dedicated to making the resolution process as smooth as a fresh brew.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your brewing equipment is unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the purchase date to qualify for a standard return.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team via the online portal with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided return label or address details to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5 business days.
